The home’s exterior and interior celebrates the honesty of materials, with textured surfaces of exposed concrete and brick walls that provide strength, contrasting with the warmth of custom wooden doors and windows. Inside, a polished terrazzo floor spans the main living areas, its subtle imperfections adding character and a cool, smooth surface underfoot.

The core of the design philosophy is the owner’s passion for hosting; thus, the intentional lack of built-in fixtures creates a flexible, open environment where large groups can gather freely, turning the house into a dynamic stage for social interaction and shared moments.
